One structure
The drum filter press equipment has a horizontal drum with openings on the drum wall, and a supporting plate and filter cloth are laid on the drum surface to form the filtering surface. The space under the filtering surface is divided into several separated fan-shaped filter chambers. Each filter chamber is connected to a conduit and a distribution valve. After each rotation of the drum, each filter chamber is alternately connected to the vacuum system and compressed air system through a distribution valve, sequentially completing operations such as filtration, slag washing, suction drying, slag unloading, and regeneration of filter media (filter cloth). On the entire filtering surface of the drum, the filtering area accounts for about 1/3 of the circumference, the slag washing and drying area accounts for 1/2, the slag unloading area accounts for 1/6, and there are transition sections between each area. During filtration, the lower part of the drum is immersed in the suspension and slowly rotates. The filter chamber submerged in the suspension is connected to the vacuum system, and the filtrate is sucked out of the filter machine, while solid particles are adsorbed on the filter surface to form filter residue. After the filter chamber rotates away from the suspension with the drum, it continues to suck up the liquid contained in the filter residue. When it is necessary to remove the residual filtrate from the filter residue, washing water can be sprayed when the filter chamber rotates to the upper part of the drum. At this point, the filter chamber is connected to another vacuum system, and the washing water passes through the filter residue layer to replace the residual filtrate between particles. The filtrate is sucked into the filter chamber and discharged separately, and then the dried filter residue is removed. At this point, the filter chamber is connected to the compressed air system, and the filter cloth is blown back to loosen the filter residue, which is then scraped off by a scraper. Compressed air (or steam) can continue to blow back on the filter cloth to unblock the pores and regenerate it.
II application
Glucose syrup decolorized and filtered. Enzyme preparation filtration. Juice filtration. Antibiotic fermentation broth filtration, food, medicine, organic chemistry, wastewater treatment.
III feature
The main unit of the drum filter press equipment operates continuously, runs smoothly, and is easy to maintain. This machine has the ability to separate suspensions with low solid concentration, extremely fine particle size, and easy clogging of filter cloth.
